After so much worries, FINALLY I GOT MYSELF A HOTEL. yeye =))
haha.. i was accepted by my dream hotel man.. that's cool la.

INTERCONTINENTAL S'PORE at bugis.

=P hehe

Even though the salary is not what i expected but nvm.. at least $550. *better then nothing rite.
5days per week.. cool rite. Where got hotel work 5days only. lol. some more the HR ladies keep asking Al-fee (who is my work mate for next one year, same course intake diff class)and me to join their staff games and activities. NICE =))) free chef uniform and free washing. hehe. Just love that place. Their staff toilet cum locker was super clean and nicely decorated. PLus i can bath with their towels and beds for us to rest. OMG>> I CANT WAIT TO SLEEP THERE LA> WOW.SLEEPING MAN how can i don do or try. =PpP

Ok.. For the pass few days mood was not good. Still thinking of ways to solve that problem.
I just wonder izzit a test for me or we are not fated. Friends have been asking to let it go.. but if that easy to let her go i wont be so confuse now. Life is hard to say..no one know wat will happen tml. I had some words fight with my 10years brother. Didnt contact him for one week. He message i didnt reply but 2day he sent me a message saying he was sorry. I reply him.. NVM. know why.. i was wondering if tml i got knock down by car and leave this world, i will deeply regret not talking to him and accept the sorry. Just like her.. i really don know wat will happen in the next one month in sch. After 10dec .. i will nvr see shatec anymore. i tried many times but i fail n fail. Am i that ass. whenever i saw u .. i feel happy n sad i don know y. Ur smile just melt my heart.=)




If one day u ar in trouble i will alway be there to support u.

My Ambition

Hello guyss... back to update. I am in school now 29oct 1106am. =)

My ambition was to become a chef in fews year time. My aim in 10years time is to control the kitchen or the Sou chef in any hotel that willing to bring me to the higher stage. Right now i just 18, learn all the basic in school. Evn though i still a newbie but i am willing to get scolded or hardcore training inorder to bring myself up and up. Next year i will be goin to hotel to start working. During this one year before goin to army , i hope i could learn as much as i can. I also hope their is a chef that willing to keep me by his side and learn his skill.Even thought i know is hard but i will trying until the day i die. NVR SAY OLD IN LEARNING =)
After that i will be goin to serve the army and when i am out. That day , will be my battle for my career.


Therefore take me to ur hotel and work cos i will prove u that i am willling to learn forever and will be better in the next few years. =)))

Hey... back to update. =)
Right now.. school ar getting stress. Seriously i dont really understand what they ar talkin about.
Just hope their is something to bring me up from this problem.Anyway my CHER (teacher) say my blog ar too personal. lol So let me change this blog to tag along my career.

Few months ago... we have a event catering which mean we have to plan our own menu n position in kitchen. I was appointed to be the Ex Chef which mean i control the whole of the grp n overall in-charge. This position nvr get easy for me.. i was so tired n stress to handle the event. At that time i know i was not train to be a EC but i told myself i must endure through. My grp was not a bad team but lack of teamwork. I know they really put their heart in n assist me during the event.
But just that conflict happen .. U KNOW =). After all, the outcome n result was not bad, as we able to have 416 customers to attend our event. +))

During this event, i really learn alot. As a E C i have to handle team problems , stocks as in ordering n check, see whether my team ppl can cope with their tasks, handling customers , team up with service staffs in order to let kitchen n outside run will and many many more.
Even though i not really good EC but after all i know i put my whole heart in that y i don mean ppl say i am lousy or wat.. =)
Therefore i will like to thanks those ppl who supported me n ppl who went to eat
like... my wife (ah ben) mistress (gabriel) koek hc angel ah boon xinyangliondance ppl and many many many super many. =P

Cos my friend with me that day say i spoil his name in sch cos both if us ar STALKER u know. lol then during break time i saw her coming to class at time i was attack by CORNFLOUR.MY ASS BRO ar fuck man even my mouth taste of flour. I was like Ok alot ppl looking k. HANDSOME MUST ALWAY STAY HANDSOME. hahaha. See again. i am so use to call myself that even thought i know i bhb but nvm. haha =)
Then after sch Rauf peng nadia famie n me went coffeeshop to celebrate. Order many dishes n 4 bottles of BEER. THANKS man.. i was like force to drink until i abit blur.Then went home meet my wifes.. haha as in brothers k. lol they bought cake for me. even thought is touching i remain dao. cannot show them my feeling if not i will be play. lol
that all.. times few really fast. 15min later then my birthday is over. lol.
Feeling today wasnt that gd. u ppl know y. =(



Anyway that all. I will try keep this blog alive to show my IT teacher who ask us do. Show them . SEE.. i am hardworking k. lol OF COS HANDSOME

I have been shatec since jan but i love the most is the time when i having my outlet training. +)

Life there are abit slack but i really learn alotalot dishes and the way kitchen operate.

During that time, the chef keep scolding us n nagging n nagging non-stop but i know that he wan us to be someone one day. BUT ACTUALLY HE TRYING TO TELL ME I AM VERY POTIENTAL ONE MAN =)

Right now.. i am back to school for my final 3 months theory class and will be out to the hotel to work. =)))
